Nativity

From Sandra Dodd

We do a crib service on Christmas eve, inviting people to dress up as they wish to do a nativity around the village. We meet in the square and go to certain houses, the telephone box (message from Gabriel)  workshops (Joseph's), a field with fire, the pub and end up in the corner of the cattle shed on the same farm. We have done this, weather permitting  for 15 years. Last year we had 38 people of all ages moving around, singing carols and sharing the bible readings to make the nativity, sometimes accompanied with music, often not.
